2. Pour the flour into the basin and spread it out, knock in the eggs, mix well with the flour, and then slowly pour in the water while stirring.
3. After all the flour is stirred into snowflakes, prepare a bowl of clear water and put it next to the basin. Knead the snowflake into dough with both hands. When it feels dry and cannot be kneaded into dough, dip a proper amount of water in your hands and continue kneading.
4. Until all the snowflakes are kneaded into smooth dough, hand-polished, surface-polished and basin-polished. Cover the kneaded dough in a pot, or cover it with a wet cage cloth or plastic wrap. In short, make sure that the moisture on the dough surface does not evaporate.
After covering the lid, let the dough simmer quietly for about 30 minutes, then knead the dough until it is smooth, and then you can make dumplings with this dough.
