1. After removing the scales, gills and cleaning of the mandarin fish, make two diagonal cuts on the front and back.
2. Wash green peppers, red peppers, green onions and ginger.
3. Slice the ginger and cut a large onion into sections.
4. Spread a little cooking wine and salt on the mandarin fish, then put the green onions, ginger slices and fish together and marinate for a while.
5. Cut green peppers and red peppers into strips, and cut the remaining green onions into strips.

7. Take a clean bowl and add the extremely fresh and steamed fish drum oil and mix thoroughly.
