How to make Toon Sprouts with Dried Fragrant Peanuts

Wash Toon Sprouts and control the water, skim off the old roots. Prepare peanut rice and dried five-spice beans and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees in advance, put the peanut rice in the middle of the oven, upper and lower heat roasted for 10 minutes, then take out to cool, peeled, cut into peanut crumbles (no oven, directly with the pan fried the same effect).
