There are two methods: 1. Heat oil in the pan, cut off the cleaned peppers, and then fry them in the oil pan until the pepper skin becomes the focus. Note: first stir-fry the oil with high fire, and then stir-fry it with medium fire.
2. Make a fire with foam charcoal, then roast it on charcoal, then peel off a thin layer of roasted pepper skin, and then eat it cold. It's delicious.
