Plums can be used to make plum jam. The method is as follows:
1. Wash the small plums and remove the stems, put them into a pot, add water, and then bring to a boil over high heat. Turn to low heat and continue to cook for 20 minutes until the plums soften and become watery, then turn off the heat and let cool.
2. Wear gloves with both hands first, then take out the plums, peel off the core, crush the pulp, put it back into the plum juice and boil it again, then turn to low heat, add white sugar and cook until boiling.
3. Then continue to cook for about 5 minutes until the sugar juice is thick and bright, and it will not dissolve immediately when dropped into cold water. Then add whiskey, mix well, turn off the heat, and then put it into a bottle. Let it cool down and then transfer it to the refrigerator to chill.
