Steps of Roasting Ribs (Oven Edition)
1. Wash fresh ribs, use kitchen paper to absorb excess water, preheat the oven at 230 degrees, spread oil paper, and bake at 200 degrees for about an hour. I bought a lot of pork ribs, so I don't need to brush them with oil. Turn the noodles every 15 minutes (don't marinate the ribs). The original roast is more fragrant!
2. Dice the onion. When the ribs are brown on both sides, insert a fork into the ribs to see if they are well done. Add diced onion and bake for 5-8 minutes.
3. Wash and drain the lettuce. Mix the soy sauce and Chili sauce, and dip the grilled ribs in the sauce. Just a bite of lettuce and a bite of meat, and a glass of Sprite with ice and lemon juice.
