1. Step 1: Wash the pork belly and put it on a plate to drain the water. Then cut the pork belly into thin slices. Remember to cut as thin as possible. Because the thinner it is, the more flavorful it is and the easier it is to cook, but be careful not to cut it on your fingers.
2. Step 2: Pour the prepared salt, sugar, pepper powder, cumin powder, salt and pepper powder, chili powder and chicken essence into the plate and stir. Note that except for three spoons of chili powder, two spoons of other seasonings are enough.
3. Step 3: Brush a little cooking oil on the baking pan, not too much, because pork belly will also produce oil. Then turn on the oven and preheat it at 180° for about 5 minutes.
