Steps of making homemade pizza

Put the flour in a bowl, add diced butter or slices, try to knead the blended flour, add sugar and salt and mix well, add yeast to warm milk and add it to the buttered flour.

Warm milk is added with yeast, introduced into the stirred butter flour, kneaded into smooth dough, and covered with plastic wrap to make it twice as big.

After awakening, knead the dough again and exhaust it into small doses. The awakened dough must be softer and have a faint butter smell when asked.
