Cooking skills of walnuts
Most nuclear friends who just entered the business should have had this experience: when they went to the market, the Wan Wen walnuts they bought were cleaned by the merchants. However, with the growth of my experience, I also want to choose some white stubble walnuts (walnuts just picked from the tree). Naturally, enterprises can "sit back and enjoy the success" without our hands, but we must "bathe" the newly started white stubble walnuts.
The purpose of "soaking" is to soak the residue on the surface or grain of white stubble walnut in order to brush it off. When "bathing" walnuts, we should also distinguish the situation and treat them differently.
"One pick" is to pick out the big black tendons in the white stubble walnuts and the residues in the grains. The first thing that appears is to pick out the needles, pick up the large black tendons one by one, and remove the lighter residues one by one.
"Second brush" is to remove most of the residues attached to the surface or shallow texture of walnuts with a hard brush or toothbrush. On the basis of picking up the needle, brush off the residue one by one with a hard brush, which can cover all aspects and remove the dirty things that stick tightly.
