It's not necessarily broken. There are two situations, as follows:
After waiting for another eight hours, the product will gradually heat up in the first 1-2 hours, and it will work at a constant temperature of about 42 degrees, and the machine will be affected by the indoor temperature. If the temperature changes slightly, if yogurt can be made within 8-12 hours, there is no problem.
if b-12 hours still doesn't work, that is, the temperature sensor is broken and needs to be replaced, so it's best to go to a special maintenance point to replace it.
note that the newly bought machine is usually the first case, and you will know what is wrong after waiting for a few hours.
