To steam pea sprouts, just use a small amount of light soy sauce or ordinary soy sauce. The method of steaming pea sprouts is as follows:
Ingredients: 250 grams of pea sprouts, 20 grams of flour, 4 grams of salt , 5 ml light soy sauce, 4 garlic cloves, 3 g chicken essence, 4 g sugar, 10 ml sesame oil.
1. Wash the pea shoots and drain them. Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
2. Add flour to the pea sprouts, and coat the pea sprouts in flour. Try to coat every part of the pea sprouts with flour.
3. Put the pea shoots coated in flour into a steamer, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and steam for about 7 minutes.
4. Add salt, minced garlic, light soy sauce, chicken essence, sugar, and sesame oil to the steamed pea shoots, mix well and serve.
