Ingredients: 1 egg, a little soy sauce.
Practice: Beat the eggs into a bowl, heat the wok, add half a bowl of oil, and fry the eggs in medium heat, depending on personal preference.
You can fry it medium, well-done, or golden on both sides. Put the oil aside and sprinkle some soy sauce on the plate.
You can sprinkle some pepper and salt when frying eggs.
Second, boiled eggs with lotus seeds
Ingredients: egg 1 piece, 2 liters of water, salt 1 spoon, and half a cup of vinegar.
Practice: Boil the water with salt, add vinegar, beat the eggs into the bowl, pour the eggs into the water with low fire, pick them up and put them into ice water when naturally forming, trim the periphery of the eggs, and then put them into the water for three minutes to pick them up.
Three, microwave fried poached eggs (two kinds)
1. The supermarket sells a container (plastic material) for frying eggs for microwave ovens, which can fry two eggs at a time. Put some water before frying, tie the yolk with chopsticks, then sprinkle some salt evenly, and keep it on medium heat for one minute and twenty seconds, which is very convenient.
2. First add a little water to the bowl (the TV introduces a little oil, but the effect is the same), then beat an egg in the bowl, poke it on the yolk with chopsticks for 3-5 times (I usually do 4 times), then put it in the microwave oven 1 minute 15 seconds (my microwave oven is set to microwave), and sprinkle some soy sauce on the egg after taking it out.
Fourth, fry poached eggs.
Ingredients: 1 egg, 2 tablespoons oil, bowl of water.
Practice: Heat the pot on low heat, add two spoonfuls of oil and beat in the eggs. When the egg begins to coagulate, pour the water into the pot and cook it slowly to the required degree.
