Ingredients: 4 eggs, 400g leek.
Accessories: one spoon of oyster sauce, salt 1 teaspoon, vegetable oil 1 teaspoon, and a little chicken essence.
1, chives washed and cut into sections.
2, the eggs are scattered and mixed well.
3, put oil in the pot, smooth the eggs and put them out for use.
4, leave the bottom oil in the pot, pour in the leek and stir fry.
5, stir-fry until the leek is slightly soft.
6. Pour in the slippery eggs and continue to stir fry.
7. Add a little oyster sauce, some chicken essence and salt to taste.
8, stir fry a few more times to get out of the pot.
Precautions:
1, stir-fry the eggs until the liquid can't be seen, and immediately put them on a plate for use, otherwise they will affect the taste if they are too old.
2. It is easy to fry the eggs when they are fried in a big fire, and it will make their taste hard. Scrambled eggs had better be lightly stir-fried with medium-low fire.
