The origin of the name "rescue sesame seed cake": According to legend, in 1357, Zhu Yuanzhang took refuge in a farmer's house in Huizhou, and was so hungry that the owner took out his favorite sesame seed cake to satisfy his hunger. Origin of "Huangyin Sesame Cake": According to legend, when Emperor Qianlong first went to the south of the Yangtze River, Jiang Chun, a Huizhou native, who was the head of the famous "Eight General Businessmen of Huai River and Huai River" in Qing Dynasty, took charge of all the supplies and planned the reception, which was called "Jiang Chunda took over the driving".
