Materials
150g coriander, 1 brick of tofu, 2 eggs, ginger to taste, salt to taste
Practice
1. Wash the coriander; dice the tofu.
2. Fry the eggs until golden brown on both sides and then shred.
3. Boil water, add ginger slices, add shredded egg and tofu and cook for 15 minutes.
4. Then add the coriander, bring to a boil and season with salt to taste.
