Steamed long beans with powder
Preparation of ingredients: long beans 300g chopped green onion 5g minced garlic 5g dried Chili ring 3g flour 100g.

1. First, wash and drain the long beans and cut them into sections;
2. Put the chopped beans into a bowl, add 1 tbsp soybean oil and mix well;
3. Add flour and lift the bowl, shake the flour evenly to ensure that each bean is evenly stained with flour;
4. Boil the water in the steamer. After the water is boiled, put the beans into a cage lined with cloth and steam for 10 minutes.
5. Heat oil in a wok, add chopped green onion, minced garlic and dried Chili rings, stir-fry and put them in a bowl;
6. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce;
7. Add 1 tbsp rice vinegar and mix well;
8. Put the steamed beans into a dish to cool, and add the prepared juice;
9. After making, mix well when eating;
