Ingredients used parrotfish ? A good amount of tree seeds ? One green onion cut into diagonal pieces ? Five slices of ginger cut into julienne strips. One tablespoon of rice wine One tbsp bonito soy sauce ? A tbsp of soy sauce
How to steam parrotfish with tree roe
Parrotfish, cleaned, placed in a plate with a little depth, green onion and ginger slices on top of the fish, drizzle with rice wine
2. Spread some tree roe on the top, and flatten the tree roe
3. Steam the fish in a wok over high heat, and then turn to medium-high heat to steam the fish for 12 minutes (depending on the size of the fish to be steamed)
4. Drizzle the fish with bonito soy sauce and add some more soy sauce on top of the soup to increase the saltiness.
