Step 1: air-dry osmanthus in a ventilated and cool place overnight, then add four or two sugars (rock sugar powder is best) to each catty of osmanthus, mix well, put it in a clean jar for fermentation for two or three days, and then add white wine.
Step 2: Then seal the cellar and brew osmanthus wine one year later. (If you use dried osmanthus, it will take a long time to soak, or use high-aroma white wine to make the fragrance of osmanthus overflow better and faster. )
Step 3: If you don't drink it until five years later, it's good wine. If possible, add 50g of longan meat, 10g of white ginseng10g, and 0g of red dates100g. This is top-class home brew. If you like sweet things, you can add some sugar.
Step 4: The color of the finished osmanthus wine is light yellow. After opening, it overflows with a sweet osmanthus fragrance, and the entrance is sweet and mellow. Please remember, whether you make sweet-scented osmanthus candy or sweet-scented osmanthus wine, you can't wash sweet-scented osmanthus with water.
