Millet flour 1g
Sugar 3g
Flour (common) 1g
Step 1
Share, 1: Add water to the millet flour (yellow flour) until it is thinner, instead of steaming steamed bread, add more water, just like the state in which I put it in the pot as shown in Figure 2.
Step 2
Steam in the pan for half an hour
Step 3
Step 3 Take it out and add sugar while it is hot. When it is cold, the sugar won't melt. Stir it with chopsticks and add sugar many times, and you can taste it. The sweetness is a little more than you think, because it will not be so sweet when you finally fry it.
Step 4
Stir well
Step 5
Dip some white flour on the chopping board and hands, because this is too sticky. On the belt with disposable gloves, sprinkle some white flour on the dough and knead it into strips, which are similar to the round strips to make dumpling wrappers, but much larger, because they are cut and fried like dumplings.
