The origin of pianerchuan's name
It is said that in a certain year of the Qing Dynasty, Zhejiang held a rural examination, and candidates from all over the world gathered in Hangzhou. In order to attract the business of these scholars, the shopkeeper specially supplied the public noodles made of inverted carrots, bamboo shoots and pork slices to foreign scholars. The reason why it is called sliced Sichuan noodles is that bamboo shoots, meat slices and cabbage should be boiled in boiling water first, and then hand-made noodles should be cooked.
