Mocha is sweeter than latte.
Latte is a classic blend of Italian espresso and milk, while mocha is a blend of Italian espresso, chocolate sauce, fresh cream and milk. Latte means fresh milk in Italian, and in the English-speaking world, it generally refers to coffee brewed with hot fresh milk. Latte Coffee is the so-called coffee with milk, usually directly translated as "latte coffee".
The name of Mocha coffee originated from the Red Sea seaside town Mocha in Yemen. Mocha pours espresso and milk into the cup 70% full, squeezes the cream and then pours chocolate sauce. To make latte, pour espresso liquid into a cup, add syrup, then put milk into a medium-sized latte art steel cup, froth the milk, and then slowly pour the milk in the milk foam into the espresso liquid.
Latte classification:
1. Italian-style latte coffee (Caffè Latte) requires a small cup of Espresso (Italian) and a cup of milk (150-200 ml). Latte Coffee contains more milk and less coffee, which is very different from Cappuccino.
2. Café au lait can be regarded as European-style latte coffee, which is different from American-style latte and latte. The preparation of au lait coffee is also very simple, that is, pour a cup of Italian espresso and a large cup of hot milk into a large cup at the same time, and finally put two spoons of foamed cream on the surface of the liquid.
3. Caramel is a natural colorant widely used in food and an important member of food additives. Caramel is a concentrated form of refined sugar. Generally used when making pudding/latte. The color is almost brown.
