1. Preparation: Place the fermentation tank on a flat table and ensure that there is enough space around it for the normal operation and heat dissipation of the equipment.
2. Connect the power supply: insert the fermentation box into the power socket and ensure that the power cord is not damaged.
3. Setting temperature and humidity: according to the requirements of the food to be fermented, adjust the temperature and humidity controller on the fermentation box. Different foods have different fermentation requirements. Generally speaking, the temperature ranges from 25℃ to 40℃ and the humidity ranges from 60% to 80%.
4. Place fermented food: Place the dough, cakes and other foods that need to be fermented on the fermentation tray in the fermentation box, and ensure that there is enough space between them for full fermentation.
5. Start fermentation: close the door of the fermentation box and start the fermentation function of the equipment. According to the fermentation time of food, set the appropriate fermentation time, and ensure that the equipment maintains stable temperature and humidity during the fermentation process.
6. Regular inspection: During the fermentation process, regularly check the fermentation of food. If the temperature and humidity change, you can adjust the controller of the fermentation box to correct it.
7. Complete fermentation: According to the recipe or experience, make sure that the food has been fully fermented. Signs of fermentation include the volume expansion of dough and the formation of bubbles on the surface. According to the requirements of the recipe, the fermented food can be taken out of the fermentation box for further baking or processing.
Please note that this is only a general use method, and the specific use steps may be different for different models of fermentation tanks. Please refer to the instruction manual attached to the equipment or communicate with the equipment manufacturer to ensure the correct and safe use of the equipment.
