Let the steamed purple potatoes Knead together with the stirred tapioca flour and potato flour. Keep kneading, just like kneading dough. The longer you knead, the chewier it will be (you can also make pumpkin and taro flavors)

Then boil water and cook as much as you want. Add whatever flavor you want (I personally prefer brown sugar and yogurt). I make a lot of it, so I keep it in the refrigerator.
