What is cold weather powder?
Cold flour, also known as watercress, sea bird's nest, cauliflower and so on, is a traditional ingredient used to make jelly desserts in Japan.

It uses high-quality natural seaweed, such as Gracilaria and porphyra, as raw materials, and adopts scientific methods to refine and purify natural macromolecular polysaccharides.

Cold-weather powder should be stored in a dry place, and the storage life of agar can be prolonged by keeping the temperature between 18-25℃. If the storage temperature is too high for a long time, the gel strength will be reduced. Agar should not be stored with strong odor.
