It is yellow glutinous rice noodles. Practice: put yellow wheat in a basin and slowly scoop water into the basin, but not much. Turn it back and forth with chopsticks, just like making noodle soup. Don't make too much water, there should be some small pimples, some dried noodles, then steam them in the pot (cloth should be spread in the pot), spread the live small pimples around 1 cm, and then put some favorite peas (red beans, white beans, etc.). You can also put dates, but these are all soaked in advance), then spread some bumps, so spread them layer by layer and cover them and steam them. You can dip it in sugar.
Note: Why not put too much water, because yellow wheat will absorb water when steaming. When noodles are cooked, if there is too much water, they will all pile up together, which is too soft to taste.
