Fried Sambo-Microwave Recipe
Main ingredients:
Semi-fat and lean pork 200g, shad meat 1 strip.
Accessories:
2 sharp-billed peppers, 2 green peppers and half eggplant.
Seasoning/gravy:
1 teaspoon cornflour, 1/3 teaspoons salt, a little sesame oil and pepper.
Exercise:
1. Wash and slice eggplant, wash pepper and pepper, cut off the core, and wipe the cavity evenly with a little raw flour.
2. Wash and chop the pork and fish, put them in a big bowl, add seasoning, stir them until they are gelatinous, and brew them on eggplant, pepper and green pepper.
