Authentic cassoulet ingredients
Ingredients:1 chicken, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 10 grams of garlic, 1 tablespoon of yellow wine, 5 dried chili peppers, 10 grams of rock sugar, 1 green bell pepper, 1 scallion, 100 grams of bamboo shoots, a pinch of salt, 2 star anise grains, 5 grams of ginger, 100 grams of shiitake mushrooms.

First, blanch the prepared whole chicken in boiling water as shown below.

Secondly, use a kitchen knife to cut the whole chicken into small pieces and set aside in a basin as shown below.

3. Wash the mushrooms, cut the green peppers into small pieces, wash and cut the garlic, scallions and bamboo shoots, and prepare the dried chili peppers.

6. Pour in the marinated chicken pieces, add mushrooms and bamboo shoots, pour oil, add rock sugar, add water not over the chicken pieces.

7. Press the button of steak chicken and simmer automatically for 30 minutes. Add green pepper, mix well.
