Black cooked Polygonatum sibiricum (prepared Polygonatum sibiricum) was steamed and exposed for nine times. The method comprises the following steps: cleaning fresh Polygonatum sibiricum, removing fibrous roots, steaming for one day, taking out to dry, drying for one day, steaming again, and repeating this for 3-4 times until the heart turns black and muddy, taking out to dry or drying with low fire.
"Compendium of Materia Medica" records: take nine steamed and nine exposed foods, and leave the valley (Daming). Invigorate deficiency, stop cold and heat, replenish essence, and put down the three corpses. Raw black sesame has high oil content and hard cortex, which is not conducive to digestion. The finer the food, the easier it is to digest and absorb, but sesame itself is small, so it is difficult for machinery to grind it into uniform fine powder.
After steaming sesame seeds for nine times, stir-fry them slightly, and mash them into powder after the black cortex is completely broken, so that sesame seeds can be more easily absorbed and utilized by the human body.
