[Amaranth Fishball Soup]
Main ingredient: amaranth 250g, 250g fishballs; Accessories: oil moderate, salt moderate
Steps
1.amaranth washed and soaked in water for 15 minutes.
2. Thaw fish balls.
3. Wash with water and add water to the pot.
4. Heat until fish balls float to the surface.
