1. Soak dry cold rice noodles in warm water for more than half an hour, preferably with hot water, and rinse them twice with cold water after soaking;
2. Wash the cucumber, insert it into filaments by machine or cut it into cucumber shreds for later use;
3. Prepare seasonings, such as minced garlic, salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, five-spice powder, vinegar and sesame sauce;
4. Put the cut cold skin and shredded cucumber on the plate;
5. Heat the oil in the pot, and pour the heated hot oil on the cold noodles and shredded cucumber;
