Material preparation: 500g of spareribs, 250g of sweet potatoes, 80g of salad oil, 0/0g of soy sauce/kloc, 80g of water, and one package of seasoning.
1. Cut the ribs, wash them, marinate them with cooking wine 10 minutes, and then rinse them with clean water.
2. Peel and cut the sweet potato into pieces and put them in a bowl for later use.

4. Add the ribs in the bowl to the bought Qiaotou Steamed Meat Seasoning, 80g salad oil, 10g soy sauce and mix well, then add 80g water and the powder in Qiaotou Seasoning and mix well, and then put them into the container neatly. Remember to put the sweet potato under it first.
5. Put it in a steamer, or directly put the bowl full of steamed ribs in a pressure cooker. The heat is different and the time is different. Cook and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
