Making steps of cake bottom:

Add 150g fine sugar to the egg white in three times, and send 9 egg whites. After the eggbeater was lifted, the egg whites twitched slightly. The prepared protein paste is added to step 4 in three times, and the protein added for the last time must be stirred evenly or cut evenly every time.
When the batter is made into refined batter without protein particles, pour it into tescoma golden square baking tray and round silicone cake mold respectively, and it will be full in about 7 minutes. Put the mold in the oven, fire the middle and lower floors at 150℃ for 40 minutes, take it out of the oven and let it cool.
Cake decoration steps:
Wash the strawberries and remove the pedicels. (Tips: You can use the Teskoma artifact-strawberry pedicel remover to easily pedicel! )
Dice some strawberries and cut some strawberries in half.
After the cake is cooled, demould it separately.
Cut the cake into two pieces with a knife.
