1. Prepare a proper amount of handmade noodles first, about one bowl is enough, and then prepare two eggs, a handful of vegetables, a small bowl of mung bean sprouts, a ham sausage and half an onion. The ingredients and side dishes mentioned above are the main ones we use.

3, put the noodles in again, don't cook the noodles thoroughly, just cook them until they are 7 ripe. Take out the noodles cooked to 70% maturity, and let them pass through cold water. You can stir them by hand. Take out the noodles when they are cold, and don't soak them for too long.
Boil the oil in the pot again. When the oil in the pan is hot, add chopped green onion and stir fry, then add mung bean sprouts and stir fry. After about a minute, put the noodles in and stir fry. Then add the chopped eggs, vegetables and ham and continue to stir fry. Stir well and you can start seasoning. Add appropriate amount of edible salt and chicken essence and stir-fry until all ingredients are delicious and cooked.
