Steps for making pig blood dumplings at home:
1. Choose authentic Longhui Xiaoshajiang pig blood dumplings, bring to a boil and simmer for five minutes, then turn off the heat.
2. After taking out the pig blood meatballs from the pot, put them under cold water and brush the outer skin with steel wool or loofah, and then cut them. I prefer meaty meat, so I cut it into chunks.
3. Cut the ingredients: garlic leaves, garlic seeds, green chili peppers, and homemade dried radish from a colleague. The chopped peppers are from the Junjie brand, a specialty of Longhui, and the nostalgia for hometown is quite serious.
4. I used lard that I refined myself. After heating it, add green pepper and minced garlic, saute until fragrant and then pour in the pig blood meatballs. Some people prefer to eat focus, so they can explode more. I like to eat them wet, stir-fry until the fat in the pork blood balls is cooked and oil comes out.
5. Pour in a spoonful of dark soy sauce, add dried radish, garlic leaves and salt, stir-fry evenly and serve.
