working methods
1. Add sugar to the whole egg, and beat it with electric egg beater high-speed until it is thick and white, and its volume obviously expands. The egg liquid can drop after 2 or 3 seconds at the top of the stirring head.
2. Sieve the flour, add it into the egg mixture, stir it evenly with a rubber scraper (turn it up from the bottom, or cross-mix it evenly), and pour it into the cake mold (if it is a solid bottom mold, it is recommended to spread oil paper under it for demoulding).
3. Boil a pot of water in the pot, put the cake mold on the steaming rack, and take it out of the pot after 15 minutes. Cool slightly, demould and cut into small pieces.
