Sticky Rice 200g, 5 Rice Dumpling Leaves
Methods/Steps
1. Take out the rice dumpling leaves that we have prepared, and choose a wide rice dumpling leaf, and make a cone shape out of the rice dumpling leaf.
2. Use your hand to give a spin to the cone we just made, the purpose of doing this is to make this cone more slender.
3. Add the ingredients that we have prepared in this cone.
4. Take the end that doesn't contain the ingredients, and fold each side of the leaf inward.
5. In the next step, fold the leaves downward until the mouth of the glutinous rice is completely covered. Repeatedly fold the excess leaves over the mouth.
6. Use the rice dumpling leaf wire to tie the dumplings firmly.
