White chocolate is made from cocoa butter, sugar, milk and spices (vanilla spice), which is relatively high in sugar content and can be used to make desserts, snacks and the like.
Make hot chocolate as follows:
Materials: 100g of white chocolate, 20g of sugar, 300ml of water, 50g of cocoa powder
Appliances: milk pan, cooking bowl (thin iron bowl), electric frother
Methods:
Cut the white chocolate into thin bars, or break it into pieces, and heat it over water until the chocolate melts
Make hot chocolate by adding the sugar and the vanilla extract. p>
Put the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring until the sugar is completely melted
Add the chocolate and cocoa powder, stirring constantly, and turn off the heat until the surface is just bubbling
Plug in the electric mixer and whip for one minute
