Specific Steps
Step One
1. 200g of flour, 2g of salt, and 100g of water, and form a dough, and let it rest for 10 minutes;

2. When resting time is up, knead a few times and let rise for another 30 minutes. Divide into small portions, roll each portion into strips, dash with oil, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for at least 1 hour.

3. Take one portion and roll it out and press it firmly in the center with a rolling pin, remove the rolling pin and start pulling the dough, slowly wrestling it to elongate it. You can do all of them in turn, cover with plastic wrap, and then go to prepare the toppings;
