How to get a furry belly:
Method 1:
Rinse the hair on the rough surface with water first, clean the mucous membrane and put it into the pot, add 100g salt, 100g corn vinegar and 30g vinegar, rinse 15min, then rinse for 2min, then boil the water and put it into the washed hairy belly. Take it out and rinse it with water. After the above treatment, the hairy belly is clean and odorless.
Method 2:
1, beef omasum with edible alkali and kneaded with white vinegar (2500g beef omasum with 250g edible alkali and 300g white vinegar).
2. Take out the mucus, add 500 grams of flour, and continue to simmer (adding flour can keep the raw materials from blackening and remove the peculiar smell of raw materials).

Method 3:
Make a strong flame with baking soda. After boiling 1 hour, rinse with water and soak in water for 30 minutes. Then cook, cook. The strange smell almost disappeared. When doing this, add wine. Ginger and sugar are all flavoured. Or simmer in water. Put the meat in boiling water. Wait until the meat changes color slightly, or blood bubbles come out, then go out of the pot. 20g ginger, 20g onion, sliced ginger, cut back with knife, sliced onion. Put ginger and shallots in a small bowl and pour 200ml of water. Wipe your hands until the onion ginger juice is immersed in water. Ginger and onion are filtered out. The rest are ginger and onion.
Method 4:
Buy back the hairy belly and soak it in cold water for about 20 minutes. The purpose is to remove the polluted tripe floating on the hairy tripe and remove the fat on it with scissors. Then take an appropriate amount of alkaline surface and repeat the front and back. Alkaline surfaces must be evenly applied! After about three minutes, rinse with clear water. Apply coarse salt and flour to the hairy belly again. Flour will carry cockroaches on the tripe. Coarse salt particles have this effect. After about two or three minutes, wash it with clear water.
Note: the alkaline noodles can be replaced by alum, and the cooked tripe should be washed with white oil.
Method 5:
1. Add salt and vinegar to the tripe first, and then wipe it repeatedly with both hands until the mucus solidifies and falls off.
2. Turn the tripe upside down, add salt and vinegar, and wash away the mucus.
3. Divide the tripe into small pieces and put it in a cold water pot. While heating, scrape with a knife until the water boils. Take out the tripe when it becomes soft. Rinse repeatedly with water.
Cooking method of tripe:
The cooking methods of tripe mainly include boiling, stewing, frying and cold salad. Because it has a certain smell, the dishes are rich in flavor. It should be noted that the ripening time of tripe is very short, about 10 second, and the ripening time of tripe becomes shorter after the water becomes shorter.
1. Wash the fresh tripe twice with warm water, and then wash off the surface.
2. Take 5 kg of tripe, add 250 g of flour, 0/00 g of alkaline flour and 500 g of white vinegar, and wash off the yellow mucus.
3. Put 250g of ginger and 600g of beer into a blender, pour the juice into a pot, add 50g of tripe, 500g of flour, 50g of alkaline noodles, 600g of white vinegar and 30g of dried tangerine peel, and wash for 20min until the tripe surface is smooth and yellow-white.
4. Rinse with clean water twice, then add 80g of salt, 50g of star anise, 60g of dried red pepper, 45g of cooking wine, 0g of green onion100g, and 70g of ginger, and marinate for half an hour.
The processed tripe is most suitable for roasting.
