Required ingredients
Low flour 200g, milk powder 20g, salt 1g, sugar 20g, baking powder 5g, butter 40g, egg 1, milk 80g and cranberry 50g.
Exercise:
1. Mix low-powder milk powder with sugar and salt, add cold butter and knead into granules.
2. Pour in the egg liquid and milk, stir with a spatula until there is no dry powder, add cranberries, knead into balls, wrap them in plastic wrap and freeze for 20 minutes.
3. Roll into 2 cm thick pieces, cut in half, and roll flat.
4. Repeat step 3 twice again to make a round cake with a round knife die.
