Materials: 2 fresh ginseng and half Liaoning black-bone chicken.
Accessories: Lycium barbarum 3g, ginger 3g, onion 3g, jujube 10g.
Seasoning: 5g salt, 5g chicken powder.
Exercise:
1 First cut the black-bone chicken and wash it, then wash the fresh ginseng.
