"Braised Meat with Mildew Dried Vegetables" is a typical Shaoxing famous dish with Mildew Dried Vegetables, which was written into China Menu.

Mr. Lu Xun and Premier Zhou Enlai loved to eat this hometown dish before their death. Braised meat with moldy dried vegetables has been praised by many international friends. In 1972, US President Nixon visited China and came to Hangzhou. At the banquet outside the building in Hangzhou, there was a hometown dish of Premier Zhou, "Braised meat with moldy dried vegetables". Nixon even claimed that it was OK after eating it!
