working methods
1. Wash the ribs, blanch them in boiling water to remove blood foam, and then clean them.
2. Peel the wax gourd and cut into pieces.
3. Put oil in the pot, add star anise, cinnamon, ginger and garlic slices, stir fry the ribs for a few times, add two teaspoons of cooking wine, stir well, then add two teaspoons of soy sauce, one teaspoon of soy sauce, appropriate amount of rock sugar and salt, and stir well.
