Today, I will share with you the practice of using cupcakes. I used to buy it in the store, but today I found that cupcakes are so simple.
I think cupcakes are simpler than Qifeng cakes.

★ Material:
3 eggs, 45g sugar, 25g milk, 25g corn oil, 50g low-gluten flour and 250g whipped cream, each decorated with its own materials.
★ Steps:
(1) firstly, separate the egg white from the yolk, add 10g white sugar, 25g milk and 25g corn oil into the three yolks, and stir evenly with an egg beater; ② Sieve 50g of low-gluten flour, and continue to stir until there are no particles.
(2) Add three proteins and 35g sugar into the protein for three times, and send them to the small tip.
③ Add the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk solution for three times and stir well.
(4) Prepare 7 paper cups, pour the cake paste into them (if it is not good, you can use paper bags) and keep them for 8 minutes. Shake it a few times
⑤ Bake with air fryer 130 degrees for 35 minutes.
⑥ Decorate 250g whipped cream, add 25g sugar until it has a small tip, put it in a paper bag and squeeze it on a cupcake.
2. croquettes
I think it's better than cooking, and the method is very simple. A family can make it by themselves.
★ Material:
Maruko (about 300g), Chili powder, cumin powder, sugar, soy sauce, oil and white sesame.
★ Practice:
① 2 tablespoons of Chili powder, cumin powder 1 spoon, half a spoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 spoon and oil, all of which are stirred evenly.
(2) Stir the prepared seasoning and meatballs evenly, put them in an air frying pan, bake at 180℃ 15 minutes, and stir to half.
