Ingredients: 4 monkey head mushrooms, 500 grams of pork ribs, 50 grams of wolfberries, several slices of ginger, a small dish of cooking wine, 10 grams of salt.

Soak the monkey head mushrooms in salted water for 30 minutes, and blanch the pork ribs for 1 minute, then pull out and set aside.
