Ingredients for Peach Gum Papaya Milk Stew
Papaya half Peach Gum (dried) 60g
Pure Milk 250ml Fresh Water 250ml
Icing Sugar in moderation
Method to make Peach Gum Papaya Milk Stew
Step 1
Preparing the ingredients.
Step 2
Soak peach gum in a bowl of water in advance to remove impurities and get crystal clear gel.
Step 3
Pour the peach gelatin into a pot, add water and rock sugar, bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in pure milk, cover and continue to cook on low heat.
Step 5
While cooking the milk peach gelatin, take care of the papaya flesh and cut it into small pieces.
Step 6
Pour the papaya cubes into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
Step 7
Take a crock pot and pour in all the cooked ingredients.
Step 8
Cover the stew pot with a lid and put it into a steamer, steam and simmer for 15 minutes on high heat.
