This dish is our home-cooked dish in the Northeast winter. In the cold winter, stew a pot of saury and stewed tofu. The fish aroma is a perfect match with the Northeastern soybean curd. The steaming saury and stewed tofu are served on top. The dining table dissipates the cold without a trace!
Steps
1. Wash and cut saury into sections
2. Cut tofu into cubes
3. Onion, ginger, dried chili ( You can leave it out according to personal taste) cut into sections, 3 pieces of aniseed
4. Soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt
5. Fry the saury in the house until it turns golden brown That's it
6. Put all the prepared materials (except tofu) into the pot
7. Add water to the pot and submerge the fish
8. When the water boils, put in the tofu and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the soup is almost gone
9. When it is out of the pot, a steaming plate of swordfish stewed with tofu is ready.
