Handful of chives
2 slices of dried white beans
Half a red bell pepper
Some green onions
2 tablespoons of chicken oil
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Some soy sauce
Salt in moderation
Chives fried with dried beans
How to do it
1. The tail end of the chives is relatively old. Cut into finely chopped minced for popping, and cut the rest into 4-centimeter-long segments. The other part is cut into 4-centimeter sections. Cut the green onions into scallions, and the red pepper into julienne strips.
2. dried beans first sliced into pieces, and then cut into uniform filaments, into the boiling salted water blanching after draining
3. hot pan into the chicken oil and sesame oil (no chicken oil, when using ordinary oil, and sesame oil ratio of 2:1), into the dried beans and stir-frying, stir-frying until the beans are slightly dry. Be careful to adjust the heat level, don't burn it.
4. Set aside the dried beans, use the oil in the pan to stir-fry the chopped ends of the chives, red pepper and scallions, stir-fry until fragrant and mix with the dried beans. Add soy sauce and salt to taste.
5. Add leek flower section after stir-fry and then add salt once more to season, broken can be out of the pot. Leek flower is easy to cook, fried too long on the soft collapse.
