How to preserve enema
1. Store in a ventilated and dry place
After the filled sausages are air-dried, hang them indoors. Just open the doors and windows frequently to let the air out. This can be stored for at least 60 days.
2. Store in the refrigerator
Let the steamed sausages cool down, then wrap them in plastic wrap, seal them, and place them in the refrigerator compartment. Adjust the temperature to about 4°C. It can be stored for 3-4 months, and if placed in the freezer, it can be stored for half a year. Note that each portion should be sealed in a fresh-keeping bag and stored in the refrigerator. It is more convenient and hygienic to eat in portions when needed, and is conducive to food storage.
