How to make simple bean braised noodles that children love to eat
Ingredients
Noodles (500G) Beans (500g) Pork belly (appropriate amount) Green onion (appropriate amount) Garlic (5 petals)
Aniseed (1 piece) Cooking wine (appropriate amount) Soy sauce (appropriate amount) Pepper (appropriate amount) Vinegar (appropriate amount)
Steps
Crush beans Remove the tendons, break into sections and set aside. Slice the pork belly and marinate with cooking wine, soy sauce and pepper for preparation.
Mince the green onion and garlic and set aside.
Heat the oil, add the aniseed and stir-fry the chopped green onion. When the aroma comes out
Pour in the meat slices, stir-fry and stir out the oil.
